Rachel Brenner joined Halk, Oetinger, and Brown, PLLC in 2026. Rachel practices in community association law, assisting associations with covenant enforcement, collections, and general counsel matters. Rachel graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2025.
During law school, Rachel developed a strong commitment to pro bono service, completing over 200 hours assisting individuals with a variety of civil legal matters.
Prior to attending law school, Rachel obtained three undergraduate degrees, earning degrees in History and Political Science from the University of New Mexico and a degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona. Rachel is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and the State of Texas.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling and has visited over 25 countries and counting. She also enjoys watching movies on the couch with her two dogs, Sherlock and Lacy.
