John Halk

John Halk manages litigation cases for the firm in both the Phoenix and Tucson Offices. John is licensed to practice law in Arizona and has worked in real estate and collections since 2015. John is a member of the Community Association Institute's ("CAI") Legislative Action Committee, helping shape the laws impacting Arizona communities. John is also involved with the Arizona Association of Community Managers ("AACM") to create classes for HOA Managers and instruct classes for their continuing accredited education credits.

A graduate of the Phoenix School of Law, John was a CALI award winner and recognized on the Dean’s List. He volunteers his time with various organizations to assist Arizona residents with their financial and real estate issues appearing on ABC 15 and the Arizona State Bar’s social media outlets.

Outside of his professional engagements, John participates in obstacle course races around the country, practices Krav Maga martial arts, and is an Eagle Scout. John is committed to supporting his community and everyone in it.
